In this period, often during the first "coolness" that makes me want something warm and comforting, I developed a mania for Ramen, Cup Noodles etc..
Yesterday I wanted to try the Curry Cup Noodles that I bought from Darumasushi ... I liked a lot, very tasty! Also take advantage when I'm around to buy some bag here and there ... and in general I like, but depends on the type and brand ...
Then last night I did an experiment: As I prepared to put the onigiri in bento for today, I tried to do a yaki onigiri (actually I felt like reading the post of Biancorosso ), ie the plate ... un'onigiri wandering on the internet I realized that they are first brushed with a sauce made with soy sauce ... Personally, I've only brushed with soy and them I made "roast" in a pan ... Obviously, my recipe will not be faithful to the real Japanese, but in appearance at least decent ... And then I think was delicious!
Here is my own recipe for onigiri and green beans with sesame seeds:
Filled Onigiri
- salmon canned in brine
- mayonnaise
-
wasabi paste - fresh ginger
- Lemon juice (and if you like, 2 teaspoons of vinegar)
I chopped salmon and I cooked in a pan for a couple of minutes with lemon juice, vinegar and a little water . In the end I added fresh ginger, finely chopped (more or less the amount of a clove of garlic). Once cooled the salmon, I've added mayonnaise and wasabi ... et voila, you're done!
BEANS WITH SESAME
- two teaspoons of soy sauce
- a teaspoon of mirin
- a teaspoon of vinegar
- half cup of water
- ginger powder, 1 / 3 teaspoon
- sesame seeds
I made an emulsion with the ingredients, then I paid on previously boiled beans and I decorated with sesame Semm.
